The Contest is open to students who are enrolled in an Alameda or Contra Costa County High School at the time of entry.
Each submission must be the primary work of one individual (the “Entrant”).
Submissions will be reviewed by artists and community members.
Entries will be judged on ORIGINALITY, CREATIVITY & INTERPRETATION of topic.
All winning entries will be displayed on the EBHEC.ORG Website.
